Reservations:
For reservations, a 50 percent refundable deposit is required (VISA, MasterCard only).

Inclement weather is not a justifiable reason for cancellation (except hurricanes) and all reservations are made with a “rain or shine” agreement and will be invoiced accordingly. So, please be sure to watch the weather and contact Head and Heel Ranch at least three days prior to the booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation in order to be refunded your full deposit.Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation are subject to a 25 percent cancellation fee.
